Sugar Free Low Carb Orange Cake

I actually had enough energy to make this delicious orange cake posted on Lauren’s Blog, Healthy Endulgences. This is a very delicious cake, with fresh oranges that have been boiled in the microwave and then pureed in the food processor. I made a regular 9 x 13 cake instead of cupcakes. This cake was ready in about 25-30 minutes. I would’ve made cupcakes, but I was using my muffin pan to make more of those yummy blueberry muffins.  Here’s where to get the recipe, The cream cheese frosting with orange puree drizzled on top, is a great finishing touch. I’m so proud of this cake! It is really good.
