Making a pot of soy beans

I’m trying another batch of soy beans. I bought a bag of dry soy beans at my neighborhood oriental grocery store. My last batch that I made, the beans would not soften up! This time I wanted to try to cook them in my pressure cooker.
I soaked them overnight and then I put them in the freezer (a la Dana Carpender’s method).
Now, I’m cookin them in the pressure cooker. They came out so great! Very soft and ready for some new recipes……bean bread and bean cake!
