Shirataki Cheese Burger Noodle Bake

I experimented with Shirataki noodles today. I’m not fond of the noodle by itself. It is kinda stinky right out of the bag. It is very chewy. I like it all doctored up. I’ve liked the noodle in my lo mein and chopped up for faux rice. Last week,  I found this recipe  http://dardreams.spaces.live.com/blog/cns!A6DA5B39E04E9E65!175.entry 
and did some changes.I made half of the recipe. My ingredients include 1 pkg. noodles(chopped up in the food processor),1/2 lb. browned hamburger meat (I added 1/2 onion and some celery), 1 cup cheese, 2 eggs, and I added some southwest chipotle Mrs Dash. I baked it in a pie plate and added a little shredded cheese on top.
This is a nice way to make the noodles. I want to make this again, next time a little spicier.

    the best thing about the noodle bakes (we all have our own versions) is you can put anything in the world in them, sausage, smoked sausage, chicken, left over roast beef, whatever you have, toss in some veggies, I really like broccoli or spinach in them, your favorite cheese and the egg custard and you\’ve good dinner ready in no time. 
    I make one with taco meat and then serve it with shredded lettuce, chopped tomato and a half a sliced avocado… man it\’s good.
    I never thought of baking it in a pie pan, yours came out all solid and wonderful looking, will have to give that a try this week.  Thanks for posting
