Low Carb Chicken Wings for Dallas Cowboy game

I made these yummy chicken wings to eat while we watched the game. Very yummy. Very low carb. No pix-we ate them up too fast. Next time, I will make at least 5 lbs! I don’t remember where I got this recipe.


Crock Pot Chicken Wings
3lbs  chicken wings cut apart
1/2 cup SF Imitation Honey
1/2 teaspoon Splenda Quik Pack
1/2 cup Soy Sauce
2 TBS Oil
2 minced garlic cloves
2 TBS low carb Ketchup
Season with salt/pepper and brown the wings
Place in crock Pot.
In a bowl, stir together all ingredients.Drizzle over the chicken and stir to coat.Cover the slow cooker, set it on low, and let it cook for 5-6 hours.
